Seller Terms & Conditions – Same Day Diabetic Buyers LLC
By choosing to sell products to Same Day Diabetic Buyers LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) through diabeticsbuyers.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to sell items to us.
Condition of Items
All boxes must arrive factory sealed, unopened, and in excellent condition. Damage includes, but is not limited to, crushed corners, bent edges, tears, stains, water damage, or any other sign of wear.
Label Removal
We will remove all prescription or personal labels prior to resale. If removing a label causes damage to a box, that box will not be accepted.
Packaging Responsibility
It is your responsibility to package items securely to prevent damage during shipping. We cannot accept products that arrive damaged in transit.
Broken or Missing Seals
Any box with a broken or missing manufacturer seal will be considered opened and will be rejected.
Expiration Dates
All products must have at least 8 months remaining before expiration from the date you ship them to us.
Products with less than 8 months remaining will not be accepted.
If you send items with less than 3 months until expiration, or any that are opened, tampered with, or damaged, they will be donated on your behalf and no payment will be issued.
Accepted Products
We purchase only the products listed on our website at diabeticsbuyers.com. Items not listed will be refused.
Payment Timeframe
Payments are typically issued within 3 business days after acceptance of your items, though USPS delivery times for checks may extend this process up to 14 days.
Rightful Ownership
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the items being sold or have written permission from the rightful owner to sell them.
You have not and will not violate any laws in obtaining or selling these products.
The products have not been stolen, lost, or acquired through fraudulent or illegal means.
If items are later found to be lost or stolen, we are not obligated to accept or pay for them, nor cover shipping costs.
Compliance With Laws
You agree that selling your items to us does not cause Same Day Diabetic Buyers LLC to violate any healthcare, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, or other applicable laws.
Communication Consent
You consent to receive phone calls or text messages from us and our affiliates, including those sent via automated dialing systems.
Information Sharing
